Your whole day, on one dial.

Oofy starts with your normal life: work, home, sleep and the things you love doing. Then it shows, hour by hour, how what you eat and how you move balance out, and checks in each week on your weight and your health.

Worth the oof. No diets, no shame. Just an honest picture of your day, and a nudge to move.

How it works

Workday HOME WORK WALK HOME SLEEP wake 6am 10pm 6am
1. Set up your day

Tell Oofy about your normal life: the kind of work you do, when you sleep, your usual walks or rides, and your goal. Weekends and days off get their own day types.

2. Live 24 hours

Your watch or phone picks up sleep, steps and workouts on its own. Log food four ways: snap a photo, type or say it, scan a barcode, or tap a favourite like your morning flat white.

3. Watch your dial

Everything you do earns energy; every meal spends it. One glance says whether you're ahead or behind, and every meal shows the room left and the walk that evens it out.

4. Check in weekly

One weigh-in a week, never daily. Bev compares the scale with your logs and asks before changing anything. Your health page tallies protein, fibre, iron and more against Australian guidelines.

Your day, on one dial

Calorie apps give you a number. Oofy gives you a race between two rings, and one number in the middle: ahead or behind, right now.

Earned, the outer ring, sweeps forward all day. It speeds up on your walk and crawls while you sleep.
Eaten, the inner ring, jumps forward with every meal you log.
Your day runs around the outside, starting when you wake: work, home and sleep from your day type, plus the walks, rides and workouts that make the difference. The dot shows where you are now.
Health, not just weight

A weekly check on what your food is doing for you

Every week Oofy adds up your protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals against Australian guidelines for your age, and suggests a few easy swaps.

"Nice effort, love. Same time tomorrow?"
